had a little (big) melt down last night. i was howling at the moon. no. really.

had neighbour visit, boss call, walk dog. and i dont really remember any of it. oh, and try to set my phone for podcasts, i remember that. all too well.

exhausted this morning and had to drive 1.30 hours to work. work. drive back 1.30 hours.

have to work again tomorrow. i dont 'feel' like i'll fall apart again like i did last night.

that fucking moon.

well done dreamy on no ciggy day 3.

full moon does things to me. not always so obvious as this time.

i was a bit giddy on sunday and worried then. thinking, im going to pay for this.

by midday tuesday i was pacing the room, couldnt put my mind to anything.

when i say i was howling.... not quite. my throat is sore though.

its a weird thing.

i think im ok this evening thanks sweets.

im knackered though!

i will trundle dog out at 6.30 and listen to the comedy half hour on radio 4 while dog sniffs and sniffs. no proper walk but he loves sniffing.
