I'm ok Molly still feel a bit sad at times but it will pass. Its still early days. My local library in Shankill has late opening 2 to 8pm Tuesdays and Thursdays and only every 2nd Friday and Saturday is open so it seems there cutbacks in most library in Dublin.

Beautiful yellow rose, Tab - what a nice symbol for you to keep in mind. I like to work with stones and wire so each month on the 24th for quite awhile (about a year) I added a new stone to a small hanging sculpture, I guess you'd call it. Seeing it grow was really rewarding and now when I catch sight of it, it reminds me of how long it seemed to take to become the size it is - kind of a reminder to hold on to what I've got.

Our library (which is a fabulous, busy, community center) just sent out an email announcing reduced hours - really sad. It sounds like that is happening everywhere, unfortunately. I just love libraries. And librarians.

I'm sorry about your cat, Foxy. Pets mean a lot. I'm nuts about our dog.

Your phone story cracked me up, JC. You perfectly captured how technology can make us feel! I have a dumb phone but since wireless is usually available, the iPad mostly works out ok.

Donkey's years ago I had a cat that leapt on the kit hen bench and knock food on the floor for himself and my dog. Once left a tray of sausage rolls out to cool popped out and came back and the pair of them had left the pastry and eaten the sausage bit.
