Had a long day today. Got here at 7:00 am and left at 7:00 pm. But, I won't be going back in until after I get back from Oregon. Thanks for the well wishes. He goes to court and his lawyer will meet with the prosecutor and try to get him to go for the least amount of jail time (96 hours is the least and I think the max is 1 year). Then, hopefully, they will give him the option of house arrest. That would allow him to continue to work. If he does go to jail, he would probably not have to serve the full time because of overcrowding. So, that's where it stands.
Keep sending those prayers and positive energies...............
PS - Please check in SK, Rusty, Dottie, FT and everyone else that my poor brain can't think of at the moment.

I was thinking about when hubs got stopped 2 years ago,not sure if you remember?anyway he musta had a slick lawyer cuz he walked away with a reckless driving charge, only a fine and points off his license, while I'm happy it wasn't worse,I worry it wasn't enough to teach him a lesson ya know? Woke up early and did a dance workout DVD bleh,it kicked my ass!much love to all, hope everyone has a great Thursday
