Morning Lovelies. Day 28 for me. And soooooo glad I did not drink this weekend. Who needs it, it would sure have spoiled it.

Yes, JC we certainly did pick up exactly where we left off and it really was grand as Oney would say. We are going to make sure we don't leave it so long again as I think it did us both the world of good.

Back to work today and I think someone got the sack on Friday so not exactly looking forward to going in but hey ho, we gotta earn a crust.

Mary, I am impressed with your run. That is what i do, do a bit of exercise and then do bugger all for ages to make up for it

We had shocking wind last night - Dont know if it was just the Dubs who might have heard it.

Hi Mary. I got me dates wrong It is day 22 and yes I do feel back on track. Not complacent though not by any means out of the woods yet. I know I will get some difficult times but I am determined to get through them

Good for you.. I found that as soon as I got a good run at it, I was (AM) determined not to let it slip away again. Mondays are still Mondays, but its sooo nice not to look and feel wrecked:happy2:
