I wrote about my rxn to being absolutely BURIED at work in the 3Ps thread -- I normally do not handle this kind of thing at all well and... I'm being totally cool about it. I don't even recognize myself but I'm not gonna question it! I also just got off a frustrating conversation w/ our cell phone provider. Again - I was much less stressed than ususal. My voice didn't get all thin and high-pitched, my chest didn't tighten up, and I didn't feel that overwhelming anger at how impersonal and dismissive some of these big companies can be. I just kept stating my case and ultimately was told a "supervisor" will be calling me. We'll see if that happens but if not, I guess I'll have to call again.

Going to read that now NS, thanks for posting it. I was even getting frustrated last night because I wanted to spend a bit of time reading about the 3Ps but ''I DONT HAVE ANY TIME'' - that was the mad voice in my head. Well the laundry can wait tonight..

It is amazing how many things really can wait, isn't it?? (How old are your kids??? I passed laundry off when mine were pretty young :wink.
