I think a review of what got me there would be very helpful. I've thought about it a lot,and I think I need help from a therapist to stop hating myself.
I found a great group very close so I'm going to start there. They are almost right around the corner.
My daughter and the baby return today, so that will help. They bug me at times but I could not love that little nugget any more than I do already.
It's odd how even after considerable sober time an episode can just wipe you out. Well,no ,it's not odd but to be expected I suppose. SO happy I made it home.
