Just a quick update on my healthy diet. I really do feel better with less cravings when not noshing on sugar. I do have a fair bit of fruit in my smoothie and as a snack but that really is the only sweet stuff that I am having and I do feel a difference in my energy levels and my mood. Who would have thought it
