Hi Mary,

I am indeed...really enjoying my grandchildren....it will be a long time befor I can take any decent leave. It is a permanent position, but because i did not want or need another retirement annuity(which would not be long enough to be worth anything, anyway) they are putting me on a permanent contract to increase the monthly gross salary.

After 2 years, I will then go onto a year to year contract for as long as I wish to continue working.

You are so right, Mary! Home done weddings are so much better, more meaningful, and so much more fun for everybody, as they all feel involved! My two eldest sisters got married in very larney posh country clubs, while my twin sister and I both chose to have our weddings on our parents 1 1/2 acres in Sandown. Our weddings won hands down!

Evening well the heating fixed the gas man came bout 6.30 Ohh Jackie how will i manage with that suit of armour lol. If i was drunk i would not have fallen my few bad falls were always sober. I'm taking panadol extra and i have an anti inflamoury cream to rub 3 4 times daily. I got in to bed this afternoon for a few hrs as it was cold with my hot water bottle and dozed off resting so i feel a bit better pain wise so hope its on the mend.

Thanks Sunny --- missed you all too --- didn't have the internet in my room and it took about 24 hours to get used to not having it -- but then I loved bein out of contact with the whole world! read 3 big books and started another -- it was heaven --- Joe's calling -- must go --- talk later

What did you miss.. A few parties (we all went wild!).. School reunion, 60th wedding anniversary, 40th and a Minnie Mouse, you have to figure out who went where.
Other than than, all clean and sober. :happy2:
