    Not in my house Satz. Little food club we do and this will be the 3rd I have done sober!! 1st was nail biting. Second (the burns night) was rocky to start with, but great craic then. I'm getting into it, takes a lot of brain washing. Seems to be a lot on for the next few weeks, I'm just going to focus on the benefits of not having a hangover if stray thoughts float in, which they will. I'm armed and ready for them :livid:

              Just couldn't get to sleep.......had to force myself to get out of bed........having a me day today.

              Another thought...........have you ever gone to bed in full make-up when you're absolutely hammered and got up the following day and its still nigh on perfect?

                Yep - apart from the bleary eyes and the knowledge that the day will only go downhill.
                Oh God I feel sick even thinking about it.
                I am so grateful to this site - I am tearing up here.

                    One of those delicious days where I've done very little apart from lots of reading (The Other Boleyn Girl....written by Philippa Gregory), bit of knitting and a plate of chunky chips, brown sauce and bread and butter for lunch.

                      Evening.
                      Yep, had some makeup moments but mostly I'd get into my pjs and do all the bits before I got too far on. All part of 'keeping up the facade!'
                      One thing that I couldn't control were the bags under my eyes and the grey, lifeless way my face was changing.. Makeup hid it somewhat, but not one person has told me That I look tired in the past 6 months at least!

                                Lumley still looks great even when shes terrible! That exact scene though, you can nearly taste the stale acid of alcohol, gross!!
