I'll admit that when we got them for her when we went on a long car journey, I took a half a one (5mg).............didn't make a ha'porth of difference.

Off to the Dublin Marathon to cheer on my energetic siblings. Will run a bit with my sis, it's her first. This time last year I had 100 days notched up, what a difference a year makes.
