    Hello all. Techie - great to see you.

    Nothing new to report here. Have an appt with the pulmonologist tomorrow morning. Probably going to take an hour to get there because of traffic. So, I'll be blasting my tunes.

          Hi Guys!
          I'm doing great on the Antabuse! My brain just says "we are not even discussing this" lol! It's like a weight off of my body to have the choice taken away from me right now. My choice is to take the pill and not drink. When I get feelings of drinking I know I can't and I utilize the tools to reinforce that I don't drink anymore.
          I hope you guys are well today. Xo

            Great job Nursie. I did well on Antabuse but stopped using my tools to stay the path. I think it is great to stop that internal debate so you can develop other helpful tools. So happy for you.

                  Hope you're having a fantastic day. I am being a slug. But what else is new. Doing things at half speed today. But, I did get some yoga in. A little laundry. Washed mom's hair. So, baby steps.

                        Nora-I was "local" all week but I am leaving for Alexandria, VA tomorrow. Just a two-day trip. I will be anxious to come home, take down all my Fall decorations and start putting up my Christmas decorations. My Christmas brunch is one month away!!

                        Big hellos to everyone else. I was with my Mom all day yesterday so now I have work to do before I go to a close friend's chili party tonight.

                              I'm doing ok thanks. It's been a long week but I have let myself be lazy this weekend. Hubby is not feeling well at all today. I think DIL has come down with a cold. But, the sun is shining and we have a house full of love. What more could we ask for?

                              There is a hostage situation 2 streets over so that's a little nerve wracking. I hope that no one is hurt. The Special Enforcement / Tactical Team just landed at the school nearby. Heading over to the house. Our street is 3 streets from the hostage situation and 2 streets from where the police have their command post. We are in the middle. I just had to tell son that DIL should not be trying to get in here now. She is going to be coming home from work soon. She needs to go over to her Dad's house & wait.
