I never asked for her to be banned!.. Admin knows this--truth!... It was just after I wrote, that she was banned. I'm not sure who, as I pretty much kept to myself. They must have decided back then to bann her.. She's been very controversary since she got here.


I often found Kuya as a wonderful contributer here. In fact, liked her in some ways.

Firstly to the Steppers .......apologies for addressing this here but it was posted here.


Wildflowers I was more than happy to see you back posting and, apart from on the matter of religion, I often enjoyed your posts too.

As NoraC said your post didn't ought to be on this thread but it is.

Wildflowers The atheist thread was written back in 2012 , when I was a few weeks sober. It is now ancient history. Heavens knows what/who has brought all this up again for you, but let it go now for your own sake.

What I want to clarify is that although I quit posting on MWO for a couple years (while I quit smoking and found 3 principles) I was NEVER banned......EVER.

Wilson1 asserted a number of times I had been banned before but I assumed he was just being a malignant c**t, as usual.........now I wonder what back room gossip has stirred you up.

It actually is quite annoying that people keep asserting this when it is without ANY foundation.

Anyway I sense you were in some distress when you wrote that post and want to wish you peace.

Come back and post regularly for support if it helps.......

Morning Steppers!
Quick check in for me.
Busy weekend. My friend was diagnosed with breast Cancer and I've been helping her watch her kids and navigate the very scary waters of appointments, tests, and insurance.
She has nobody here, her family is in Jamaica and she came here for a nursing job.
We are trying to get visas now. I remember so well how it felt to sit there when they said "you have Breast Cancer and it's serious".
So I go to work today with a hopeful heart for her.
Also, stepdaughter staying with us because she is fighting with her mom.
She failed out of college and is taking a semester off. It's hard to be 18 these days.
Trying to remain calm and keep my house a safe healthy space.

Hey all,you're a great help to your friend Nursie,she's lucky to have you Liz,hopefully the date will be gone but then what if they decide to postpone it? I'm still confused about two ceremonies, will they be back to back? Michelle is still in FL,I don't think she's coming home soon,she still thinks she can work things out with that asshole she's with think Mondayitis is developing so I'll just wish everyone a great AF day

Pauly, the Coptic ceremony will take place at 12 noon (if it's still available), then the ceremony in our church will be at 3:00 or 3:30 PM, reception to start at 6! I'm tired just thinking about it. Photos will be Inbetween. Hopefully we can move forward with the wedding planning now that the holidays are over. Joe leaves for st Croix tomorrow morning. It will be nice to have CJ to myself for a bit.

Nora, I hope you are feeling better! Did you go to work today?

I made chicken cacciatore in the crock pot today. Perfect for a cold day like today! I actually walked outside for a bit today. There was no wind and I enjoyed the brisk cold! Crazy huh?

Hey so Anne just called me, she's taking tomorrow off. Her sink has a leak under it! Seriously? Ughhh!

Not a bad day for me. Busy day at work, but totally manageable. My manager was not happy Ann took another day. She's about had it.

Hey all,Techie,you're so cute with the Tuesdayitis haha how's everything going with you? Rusty,I'll bet its cold in Idaho falls, I lived in Twin Falls in '93 I loved it there but the wages suck in ID! Vegas is great for money but not for raising kids can't believe I ever moved here now its hard to imagine living and being happy anywhere else, its weird,Nora,feel better hon,Liz,all I can say is that's gonna be a looooong day! Emotional too going through two ceremonies, stay hydrated cuz you'll probably lose a lot of tears haha,I started tearing up at Obamas farewell speech last night,I just love him and Michelle(Obama) even if some people hated him as prez they're still great humans to me stupid dentist after work,I'm so over it! Hope everyone has a great AF Wednesday

Pauly, yes it will be a long day, but I hope it all works out. I don't think I'll be crying. Funny I do all my crying before and after and not on the actual day. I think I'm just too nervous to cry. It's still a ways off so I have time to get used to the idea. Do you just cut hair or do you style as well? I'm trying to figure out what to do with my hair for the wedding. My hair isn't long enough for an updo I think.

Nora, hope you're feeling better! Pop in quick if you can and let us know how you're feeling. I'm starting to worry about you.

Nora, Rusty, Pauly, et al. I am doing pretty well. Sometimes, I get frustrated with the course of treatment I've chosen. Life is tough w/o sugar, grains, etc. Although radiation therapy or just having the damn thing removed would allow for the occasional Snickers bar or twelve, I am holding up. I head down to LA again next month for more alternative, or as I now refer to them, HUGE out-of-pocket expense treatments.

It always gives me joy that you folks take the time to ask about me. So, with tremendous gratitude, I thank you all. Have a great rest of your week. Get well Nora. Stay on the right course Steppers xoxo

Oh no Nora,I'm sad everyone is sick probably the wacky weather changes,Techie,I think you're handling it well,snicker bars aren't all that anyways haha Liz,I think a stylist will be able to put your hair up,it looks all one length in your pics so they can pin the bottom up and curl the top and make it look cute,I still think you'll cry...I'm putting in $20 bucks toward the bet haha,not much else going on in my neck of the desert,dentist yesterday and I swear that numbing shot makes me feel out of it don't know why but was in fogsville all night til it wore off,creepy feeling! 2 weeks and they're pulling my last wisdom tooth,I'm not looking forward to that,Rusty,stay warm,waves to all
