on the sciatica, Mers. Haven't had it for a while. My doctor used to recommend getting on all fours and rocking backwards and forwards........worked a treat at home..........but you don't half get some funny looks if you try it in Marks and Spencer.

Hi Army...thinking about slouching in front of True Blood... only saw a couple of episodes when it was on tv but have found the series 1 and 2 box sets...

Slouching on front of the Good wife, last season, I was saving it....
Didnt give True blood a chance, must revisit..

Started spot on at 7:30 finished 10:15pm...........got to clear the place by because of elf and safety.............the first part is a lot simpler .........no horse and lift..........but it follows the story nicely..........second half mostly the music.
