Just checked and my nose isn't wet, is that a bad sign? Insert worried face icon here. I've never been to Madrid so I have, sounds like you would recommend it?

Deffo ktab,only thing is it can be freezing in winter and it is like an oven in summer.lots of lovely restaurants , museums etc and I just find the history of the city facitnating , The history of both portugal & Spain is immense and people tend to forget that, once these countries had before there own empires, it's not just all sun beer and fake pubs.

I had a dream the other night folks, I was back drinking, it was so real, In the dream I knew I shouldent be drinking but I thought I could have a few, next day in my dream I was screaming for a drink & shouting at everyone I told yis I couldn't stop and I was also heartbroken that I couldn't say I had so much recovery time . It was horrible , Glad to have woken up clean n sober. Pesky dreams.

Absolutely, sure I can never understand the people who go away and never see outside of the hotel, beach and English/Irish bars and will only eat what they eat at home. Misses the whole point of being abroad if you ask me.
Sounds like a trip for Spring or Autumn would be best suited for me then.

While theses dreams are horrible at the time and so realistic I take the view that they are ultimately a good thing for when we wake and realise they aren't real it only reinforces the fact to ourselves that we have made the right choice.

I've had a few hazy ones over time but ....

Thats interesting about the dreams. Ive had a few, and one recently, but never woke up craving :sour:

I was a silent drinker, did it all at home !! Nobody as a clue how bad I really was.

Mise too..Id come home after a night out and get stuck in, then sleep. Sad.
