Today's sports report.........
Just had a thought.........half of Iceland are in Russia watching their team play
Exciting match last night.............couldn't believe Ronaldo's last goal. :congratulatory:
Australia v France this morning..........both have great national anthems.

Just got four tray bakes to ice..........bought Betty Crocker's stuff for one of them. Chuck a few strawberries on and they'll be fine.

Escaped at 10:45pm....just as it was getting a bit rowdy and they opened the place as a nightclub at 11pm.........are they still called nightclubs? Left Mr. JC behind ........there will be many a sore head tomorrow.

I, however, will be practicing playing my cymbals accompanied by Beethovens's Fifth at full blast.

Good morning everyone. Glad you enjoyed the night JC, being clear headed especially on Sunday morning never gets old . One of the advantages of having kids in other countries is you get to visit but you also get to help them pack up which is my role at the moment . ItÂ’s been a long road so happy sheÂ’s made it. Off to ikea to get boxes, enjoy your Sunday everyone.

Mildly hungover Mr m here too. We were all home at the same time and it was like a train station here at midnight!
Concert was excellent.
A Lot on today... at Least I don't have to cope with a hangover on top of everything

Afternoon, just.
I'm sooooooooooooo tired. Got woken up first by Mr JC at 1am who then regaled me with a half-arsed tale about Jenny and the S&H having a falling out, but I wasn't worry they're friends again........so why the feck tell me now. An hour or so later in comes Jenny wanting to 'talk' although she'd had enough to drink I'd have got more sense out of a dead cactus.........so I shooed her off to bed.
Regardless of how much I'm trying to let it go.............I what to smack them both into next week.

Most of the cupcakes had gone by the time I left.

I shoved a chicken in the oven, going to take a couple of painkillers for this banging stress headache and go lie down with the oven timer.

Sounds like a typical family weekend Jax Glad they are all sober and friends again!

Sounds like you've all had busy productive weekends. What was the concert Mary? Where is your daughter going Rustop?

My weekend has been really nice. Got bits done, chilled, ,met a friend and went dogging this morn. Ah the simple pleasures :haha:

Now giving my legs a spring mow and packing my kit for Iceland on Thurs. I want to travel really light so I dont have put a bag in the hold and also means I can make a quick getaway on the way back. Spending 3 days away with peeps I work with is going to be a challenge on some levels so got to prepare my sober head and make sure all in order.

Taylor Swift Starty. Not a massive fan but she puts on a cracking show. My girls LOVED it.

Had to go out again this eve. Outdoors, very boozy. Didn't miss having a drink, only the idea of it. Had some excellent coconut ice cream though.

Ha ha love the pic I dont have to pay but dont really like losing sight of luggage plus if I travel light its less stressful for me Even when I go away for a week I only take a holdall. The rest of the car is piled up with dog paraphernalia

I know what you mean about the idea of drinking that is tempting. For me I still feel that pang but then I replay the vid and am grateful I didnt go there. I will be replayig a lot of vids this week!

I'm the opposite, Starty..........everything but the kitchen sink and as we're usually self-catering there's Hell on if we forget the HP sauce.

Got to nip out and get the S&H's birthday card. Luckily father's day is over so they might have some half decent ones on the shelves.
