he celebrates 4 years smoke-free. He used to drink 2 bottles of whiskey a day - had a bottle by his bed to have the first drink of the day so he could face getting out of bed! Just goes to show you, we can all do it. It may be difficult at times but there is no doubt that for us alkies, a life without AL is not only possible, but is so much better. To anyone struggling, you CAN do it! So again, a happy sober Sunday to all!!!
