    Thanks Beni, yep bang on. Happy man I am. The way I see it I am not denying myself anything worth having, on the contrary I am giving myself a great gift, a sober life being lived.
    Ethanol is a toxic chemical, why would I drink it?

                  Robin - welcome to MWO and huge congratulations on over 10 days sober! There is lots of support and information here and we love to have "Newbies". It's nice to set small goals in the beginning. You've gotten through 10 days, next is 2 weeks, then 20 days, and so on. Personally, it gave me a great feeling of satisfaction to see those sober days piling up and see the number getting bigger and bigger. I wish you every success and hope you stick around at MWO. Don't know what part of the world you are in but there is always someone here if you have questions or need support. Best of luck!!!
