    Candida Yeast problems anyone?

Thanks for the info Gracie. You might want to consider adding something to your program that truly helps kill the yeast - in addition to adding in the good bacteria which I'm sure helps keep the existing yeast at bay a bit.

I liken the Whole Approach program to fight yeast overgrowth a bit to the MWO program to fight alcohol problems. It's the most comprehensive program I found incorporating all important aspects of clearing the problem with an on-line store to purchase the specific brands of these products that they have found most effective in their clinical practice. I'm starting their full protocol today with the specific products they recommend. I will update as I go along in case anyone is interested.

The diet is such an important part of this - boy what a learning experience, even from a previous low carber!!

Have a great day everyone and thanks again for all of your input!
