If it's a nasal spray, like hayfever spray etc. I guess give a good sniff! It's only got to get through the membranes into the blood system so....as they're a bit clearer of stuff like hairs higher up??? Oh, I don't know!!! But I don't think that's anal - unless I am too!!!
