I am on my first day of trying to stay sober - no more wine!!!! I was looking at the different supplements and wondering which ones should I take, and was reading through these postings.. I take effexor and a multivitamin daily. I ordered the kudzu online, and was going to pick up an omega-3 and the glutamine at a store today. Should I bother with going to see my doctor for topomax? I look forward to hearing your advice.
