I just tracked my pacakge and it says it was delivered... just in time...when I get home my kudzu wil be there....how to I take it? what should I expect? will it get thru tonight?

The first time I took it, I had had it lying around for a while, and popped three capsules in my mouth one morning, and then forgot about it. I bought my usual bottle of vodka on my way home, poured my usual drink the moment I came in the door, put it on the counter, went and changed my clothes, sat down and read the paper, got up to make dinner, and then noticed the drink there on the counter. By that time on a normal day I would have been on my third drink, the first one having been consumed before I got my clothes changed, the second two while reading the paper. I was astounded, and couldn't figure it out until I remember having taken the kudzu on a whim that morning.

However, I found that the kudzu effect became less with time, so now I take it for a few days and then don't for a few days. Others claim the opposite is true (see separate thread).

Hi Jamms,

I love the kudzu. I found immediate results from the it. I stopped having AL cravings right away - same day. I started on the topamax shortly after so I don't know how long the effects would otherwise have lasted for me.

There are some threads here you might want to check out. It does seem to have different effects for different people. Good luck. Let us know how it works for you.

Peri- I tool it lastnight as soon as I got home...no AL......I took one this morn. and one at around 5.. I think it saved me tonight.........I had Al right in my face.....

That's great! I thought it might have to build up in your system like some other herbal remidies I've taken in the past but it seemed to work right away for me too.
