Well, Breez, thanks for a common-sense response. I have to say, to you and to others, I do get the uneasy suspicion every now and again that this site is in danger of attracting as many cult-heads as AA! I know we are all a tad fragile and defensive, as we battle this unwieldy beast of alcohol-affection (I refuse to say "addiction") but to crucify a poster for trying to sell something (at a lovely discount!) seems a tad rabid to me. I mean...hey, if you don't want to buy it, don't respond!

Obiwan, I join Breez in congratulating your wife. And I hope you sell the program and make some good money!

I was just thinking..are you and your wife sure that you wouldn't want to hang on to these tools for future support?I just know that this is (for ME anyway) not something that is really ever going to be "cured",(in my head anyway),and I will be grateful to be able to refer back to my book and cds when needed!I know they were expensive uch:,don't blame you for wanting to re-coup some of your dough!I am so happy for you and your wife that she was able to quit drinking!I was just thinking that it would be nice for her to have her support tools to turn to if she were ever to feel she needed re-enforcement, or going thru a time that she may need to refer back to them to stay on top of her game?She must have worked her butt off to get to where she is!Obviously these things were that strong for her,I might want to keep them if it were me.I hope you don't mind me sticking my nose in,just my thoughts ...By the way,kudos to you for standing by your wife during the hard times.Sometimes I wonder how my hubby has done it...It takes a strong man!!Good luck to you guys!

Glad to see some nice responses here. Geez, for a non-judgemental group with our own, we can be awfully harsh on others! The guy thought he was offering something that may be needed by someone who cannot afford full price, while recouping some of his money. Yes, this is a support site, not e-bay, but I don't think there was any ill intention on his part.

I am thrilled for you wife...Hope you don't go back to her and say "these people are so mean!"
