Happy Easter. Now it is Easter Sunday cos it says so on the radio so don't go messing with my head Greeny by telling me it's Monday or Saturday or Christmas or Hanuka or something!! :H

What it is also is the end of a long stretch of non AF days for me. I know it's the end because I drank myself into sleeping on the sofa last night after a week of drinking moderately to heavy with visitors and some not very clever days before that. This month has been washout. Today I will dry out.

I need to be back on here, back in control and back to AF. Send me some cyber strength please! I am on my own tonight but there is no wine in the house and I have guests coming tomorrow again - they have young children and she is not really a drinker so I will keep her company and let her hubby and mine do the beer drinking and reminiscing.

i had good AA meeting last night, which i felt good about. anyway got gym this afternoon, housework this morning if i make it off the computer lol and i have AA again tonight.

Good morning and Happy St. Patrick's Day! Oh, that's over isn't it? :H (I don't resist temptation very well, Bessie) Happy Easter! Seemed to not get much done yesterday besides laundry and a nap. So I shall hop on down the bunny trail and get some real stuff (unfortunately that reads paperwork) done today. Brother gets here in a few days for a visit so I'd best get my arse in gear and get caught up. Have a lovely day. Try to restrain yourelf on those chocolate bunnies and eggs.

OMG Bessie, we do share the same life cycle!

I didn't wake up on the couch but did drink a bottle of wine last night. Stopped at one bottle and actually remember the entire night so that is a good thing for once. I too have had a stretch of non AF (although fairly moderate days) except for one AF day this week........

I leave on Tuesday for a sales conference - that will be difficult but I am hoping to be able to either go AF or mod - I ususally don't have too difficult a time at these conferences since we have to be up early every morning......hoping I can do okay this year.

Gosh Universal. Good luck. A while back I was flown to a well known Med Center in for a couple meetings. I got up one AM with an awful hangover. I am sitting at a conference table and space out and all of a sudden realize it is my turn to talk. And this meeting is basically about my perception of the issue at hand. I somehow managed it but I will never ever let that happen to me again.

Happy Easter ODATers!!!!

Having to run out and get some stuff for the kids. Apparently mom and dad were too ashamed to tell us they couldn't afford the baskets.

So we gotta run.

I have already popped today's Antabuse, so I know today will be an AF Easter for this Granny and soooooooo happy about it. (God this stuff makes it so much easier!!)

Oh, and I bought myself a car yesterday. Little Honda S2000, used with 46K miles. Lots of fun to drive, especially up my windy little mountain.
