I agree that it's such a relief to find out that you're not alone and that other people are living the same life as you.

That makes everything so much easier.

Yep, being able to talk to each other.. breaks down the fear/shame/isolation cycle.. so at long last, because I have you guys, I can turn around to someone standing next to me and ask for help. Oh! I could never have done that before.

AND do you know what else?? If they turn back to me and say that I am a pile of rubbish.. I DON'T CARE.

I KNOW one tiny piece of understanding is worth a thousand pieces of ignorance.
