    OK. SO a bit of an odd post i know BUT when people start or started there supplments... did you get the farts?

    OH MY GOD, this is the second time i've gone on my supplements and this is the second time i've had uncontollable wind *rofl* It's not loud but it stinks and just keeps coming. I remember this happening last time and it went on for a few days. Anyone else has/had this? and is there any other things like this odd bodily function waiting for me during my 30 days AF?

    Anyway sorry for talking about this. I know people tend to stay away from subjects like this *lol* but it's driving my poor hubby crazy *rofl* I'm laughing soooo much as i write this. You know what tho, the other night my hubby kept breaking wind and pulling the sheets over my head (so mean) so it's pay back!!!

      Here's one more supplement, one I've taken for decades. Go find Psyllium Husk Caplets. They will be in every grocery store herb section either alphabetically or with digestive herbs. Take one in morn.

      These are pure fiber, like what you are SUPPOSED to eat. They have so much fiber they are zero calories. The fiber gloms onto the fat in your diet (yeah, that stuff you were NOT supposed to eat) and binds it. This helps digestion and also lowers cholesterol because of the fat binding.

      The bottle says take 3 pills, but that's just a way to sell more pills. One a day, and maybe one extra if you are eating "fried" for dinner.

      Haha I'm cooking as we speak. Thrice cooked beef ribs and fried green tomatoes, corn bred with real butter for us for dinner, our doctors would NOT approve!

          Health food stores carry enzyme formulas that should help the "puffying"...hope no one close to you lights up a cigarette in the vicinity of your fanny, sweetie!
