Never let yourself get too hungry, space out your meals & snacks to keep your blood sugar level. Of course you know to avoid simple sugars like candy, soda.......bad news.
In the past I would never put the recyling out every collection so that I could kid myself "Well that is more than a fortnights worth of bottles" ignoring the fact that I had been to the bottle bank and thrown even more bottles out in the normal rubbish.
