I am a newbie and am pretty scared. I have the book, I made a Dr. appt and I am getting the supplements. Any advice is welcome. I have not been through all the threads yet, but it looks encouraging.

Just wanted to say hello and well done for making this decision..It's really easy to keep putting it off, but takes a lot of guts to finally put your foot down and say "enoughs enough.
