hi lil M,your doin great,you just hav to stop counting the days,:upset:this is what it does,sobriety is in the eyes of the beholder,one day at a time,i think theres a thread on here,i will not drink today,give the reasons you shouldnt,and then give reasons why you should,and compare,sobriety or the use of a substance,is self inflicting,i beleive its the pro s and cons,of lifes exhistance,i no so well the feelings your feeling,i,like you, can stop,not a problem,staying stopped and wanting to is the key,Question ? beleive me when i say this,ive asked the question ,should i drink today,for 41 years,:thanks::goodjob:gyco

Having a really low moment

Hubby just let me have a long relaxing bath without the children *lol* It was lovely, a little boring tho. Got out and decided to wash the puppy who then goes MENTAL when wet. My hubby didn't know i was washing her so i opened the door and let her go and she went charging in crazily and heard huby shouting oooohhh noooo crazy dog, the children laughing and it's cheered me up LOADS *lol*

you are so blessed to have such a loving husband...depression is so hard to battle combined with cravings...
just try to hand on to how good you will feel the next day...
