I bought the book 'The Easy Way to Quit Smoking' by Allen Carr. It was a good read. I think the one he wrote about Drinking is much of the same.

Yes...I, too, am being extra wary of the Pink Cloud! It has bitten me in the a$$ before, last time after 5 months AF. Mostly right now I am just happy to be excited rather than scared. For some reason when my therapist said, "You are now in a powerful position to make the choice of whether you want to keep drinking or not," it turned on the lightbulb that I am 100% reasponsible. Up until now I have been feeling more of the "victim." I plan to stay around here for a long time! Every single person has something to contribute that I find myself relating to and beling able to apply to my own process
