I have found that the best way to combat the thought of reaching for a glass of wine is for me is too not ever let myself get too hungry throughout the day. Somehow, when I have an empty stomach, I am more prone to want to drink! Also, I am following a low carb diet, and that is helping with cravings too.
Maybe us girls can get on the "Sober Scent" band wagon and start a new post on which fragrance we chose and why. I picked up a drugstore find and the name is kind of lame...it's Mariah Carey's "Honey" Lollipop Bling or something. Like I said, the name is hokey but the perfume is wonderful. The bottle is precious with a butterfly on top of the atomizer, so once you get rid of the tacky packaging with airbrushed Mariah Carey sitting in a cross leg postion with all of her "bling" around her, and the cute bottle makes it to your vanity, it's actually very charming. Anyway, when I sprayed the tester, it reminded me of a bright sunny day in paradise, very cheerful and fruity. It's put out by Elizabeth Arden, who's website describes it as: "Honey is an irresistible floral citrus fragrance combined with a touch of Honey and Pineapple, creating a bright and sunny fragrance (low and behold, I was right on the money!) Here's what they say for scent "notes":
