I'm back looking for another plan to conquer this beast. I will read lots, stock up on my supplements again, and probably start tapering my intake for the next few days, as that seems to work better for me. Right now that's as far as my plan goes.
One thing I am trying differently this time, is reaching out to you guys. That is something a little out of my comfort zone, but I figured I'd give it a try. Besides, my comfort zone is not all that comforting anymore.

I thought I could just cut back and make it work but that was too difficult for me. I couldn't decide what days I should drink and when I had a couple of AF days I would reward myself by drinking too much. Crazy! Lets get brave and both try posting more.
