Hello maurie and welcome back! You do sound very busy! Are u still working on the 10% reduction plan.Many years ago I gave up cigs exactly the same way after many, many attempts, and am trying this method with AL. I have been able to reduce my al intake from a bottle a night or 2 of wine to maybe a bottle once or twice a week. The cravings do lesson overtime. I hope in the next few months to stop completely. It does take a lot of committment but i think is achievable Good Luck!!

Not looking for sympathy, I know I don't deserve any, I should have listened to all of you instead of thinking I knew better! I am not going to go back to AA it just isn't for me but I am going to use all the resources available to me through on trak and hopefully that will help.
