I think sometimes we don't give ourselves enough credit for our quit, especially when its the first few days and weeks. I have a good friend who shared recently that it's time to quit. So she was going to quit on Friday but the week-end temptation and being around drinkers made her slip and then she was going to start on Monday. She'll get a couple of days in and then some other excuse will come up as to why she'll start again at a later time. So, pat yourself on the back for every day you keep posting in those early stages. It is a HUGE success for day 2 to become 3, day 3 to become 4, etc.

This roll call is giving me the enpowerment I need as I love tacking on another day and when tempted and the thought of not being able to do that, I am given the strength to keep saying no until the craving passes, because I want to add another day, not subtract 111.
