Cathy this doesn't have to be a blow out. You don't have to drink as many as you usually do. Try drinking a glass of water between each beer. Try to engage your family in a game or movie or something. You've made significant progress this week and were looking forward to healing your relationship with your husband. This doesn't have to be all or nothing tonight.
