I thought it would be nice to make a coconut pie while hubby went biking with his granddaughter who is visiting. As I was reaching for the vanilla, a half bottle of very expensive olive oil that was a gift who brought it from Europe, fell on the ceramic floor and splintered into a thousand pieces ans sploshed oil all over the floor, the fridge and down the heat register... boy did I want to have a drink. But I didn't and I won't...

Welcome to the group Infaith. I am not drinking tonight ether. I got errands to run tomorrow and a job interview Wed. and if I were to drink tonight or tomorrow night, things could be messed up.I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.

Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.

Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow.
