Yes I'm in and like Spideyw I can't remember a September when I didn't drink any alcohol. My dry spells were always in the first part of the year (Feb-June or Mar-Aug).I used the Sinclair Method to beat my alcoholic drinking.
Drank within safe limits for almost 2 years

It's a beautiful Tuesday here on the east coast. I woke up with a stomach bug and wasn't feeling good but I was grateful I could say that it wasn't because of AL.
