Bri, I have jeans, a dress and leather-look leggings, all of which do not fit me yet. They are my incentive; also got a wee leopard-print bag to match - not wearing any of it until I have worked my ass off and lost the wine belly. I know I can do it as this is what i done 6 years ago when I had 4 stone to lose. Thank goodnes, not as much this time. Have lost about 7 lbs and would like another 10-14.
Everyone has their own way of doing things......am I nuts?! Questionable....haha
Anyway, the most important thing right now is being sober. Hope things are easing up a bit for you. Good films at night are another thing I have started. Used to watch them and not remember next day.
I gained 55lbs in the two years that I had been drinking?so far I have lost 20lbs?that was when I was sober for 2 months-ish (except weekends) back in August/September. And then I just hovered at where I am now. I have noticed that since I stopped drinking I am losing a bit of weight?I want to reach my goal?I also am trying to eat as healthy as possible?if I don't, then I find another part of me that triggers into wanting to drink. If I eat well, than it's easier to stay on track.
