Questions re Naltrexone
For me, three times in the past, I immediately stopped drinking AL and I had no thoughts about it, nothing - nada - zip. Then a craving would appear out of nowhere, but most of thos times I had stopped taking the Nal as I thought it was bad for my liver, now the information says that is not true.
I am in FIRM agreement about boredom. I believe that is a catalyst for me to drink. I have no idea why. Funny, when I am in the ocean or up on a wave I NEVER THINK ABOUT WINE! :happyheart::happyheart::happyheart:
