I'm so glad I stumbled on these threads last week. I rarely read the "drug" section as I never thought I wanted to go that route. I spent all day last Tuesday reading the threads on Baclofen. I orded the meds and the book. Thanks for sharing your journey with us! I'm sure there are others out there following along that you (and the others) have helped as well. Best wishes to you!

Just reporting in.

I went up to 160 mgs and that is too much. I get too tired and sleep is weird.

I am going to titrate back down to 3 times a day of 40 mgs and see how that goes.

I am, however, still sober and lovin' it!!

Hi. Just wanted to post I am down to 40 - 30 - 30.

I hope this maintains the lack of cravings and lessens the weird dreaming I am having. I am exhausted because my sleep is so interrupted.
