I'm due an endoscopy tomorrow - ouch! - so I will have a better idea if my hunch is right.
I'm considering starting on pregabalin as I am definitely coming off baclofen which is a shame.

These kind of posts cause distress to some of us. It turns out baclofen could cause false positive guiac or occult blood, in the test that measures this. This means, it does NOT cause internal bleeding, but the tests used to measure if one is internally bleeding, may falsely appear positive. If you have something that says differently, then I'd love to see it. I will be surprised. And even saying baclofen causes internal bleeding when you have underlying peptic ulcer disease is wrong in my opinion. A lot of things cause bleeding when you have peptic ulcer disease. How in the heck could you be sure it was bac?
