    Phenylpiracetam

For the last couple of years there have been three exercises (leg-press, leg extension and squat) where there has been little or no performance increase. Every four visits to the gym has been a "legs-day" during the last four weeks and I have been taking 200 mg phenylpiracetam and noticed a significant increase on every legs-day. Yesterday on 100 mg there was a slight improvement but much less than with 200 mg. Ignoring the subjective nature of my observations I expect I will try 300 mg per legs-day after a few more weeks on 200.

I will also try it every day to investigate the possible danger of tolerance: there seems to be an internet consensus that the cognitive improvement suffers during daily dosing. Does tolerance of the pain efficacy also occur?
