I haven't used it, but I had a gander online about it. Initially when I saw the mention of herbs I was skeptical. However it contains Kudzu, which seems to have some anti craving effect.

I found a study showing it was effective:

Hi Kelpie.
There have been many threads and questions about Declinol/sobrexa. Mostly on the Holistic section of the website. I would definitely read them before I tried Declinol.
I would add that a representative from Declinol showed up here and I am always wary of companies that promise lots of stuff and sell there wares on websites like ours...Just keep it in mind.
