There's two ways of looking at the holes in your shoes
You can dig the ventilation... or you can sing the blues

I didn't come this far to only come this far.

          Good girl :h

Sometimes sucking on an ice cube helps to get a little water in too.

            Help again

Just spoke to mum, god I love that lady. She puts everything in perspective, fallen over yes, but don't need the guilt my husbands sends my way it just makes it harder to pull myself back together. Feeling much better in both body and mind. Thanks for reaching out xx I'm ok and looking forward to tomorrow

                Maddie! :l

Remember that this is YOUR Journey..not your husbands or your trainers. They are not your keepers they are your help mates.

Mint tea is really helpful and ritz crackers...little bites. Oh..and ginger ale but drink Mathis through a straw.

                Will check tomorrow.

                  Help again

                  Hello Maddie

What your going through, I went through... the shakes bad...sweating... hot and cold...dry heaving.. I could not eat anything, 4 days without eating.. Gatorade was about the only thing that I could stomach.. Finally after 4 days I had a relative take me to the ER and they loaded me up with IV fluids and gave me IV Ativan 2 times.. I felt a little better after that, it helped though... Just a thought I know you mentioned it earlier. My alcohol consumption may have been a lot more atleast a fifth and if that wasn't enough I would start and finsh halfway on the other fifth. I wish you the best of luck !
