Congratulations!! I can't wait to find out what 100 days AF feels like. When I quit smoking, 100 days was a very real physical and mental turning point for me. My quit got eaiser by a pretty significant margin right around then.maasai;290960 wrote: 104 days going strong
I'm always curious to hear from AFers who reach that 100 days mark if it's similar for you...feeling like more of a "Big Step" rather than a "Baby Step" in the right direction. I'd love your thoughts - and those from other 100 day +'ers!
