    Hey All,
    Lisa,I have felt as you described yourself today..sweating,shaky etc in the middle of the day and I have found that it's from too much caffeine and too little water. What helps me is to then drink tons of water, try eating a banana and try to relax. It always passes. Hope you feel better
    Tartan, I laughed at your husband thinking you were having cyber-sex. I've never been as attached to a the computer as I have been since finding this site. My husband thought I was looking up porn sites. You just have to laugh!!!!!
    Anyway missed out yesterday as was busy (doing what I don't know) Checked out main discussion but by the time I got here I had to run .
    I'm enjoying reading Betty Ford's book called "A Glad Awakening". It's several years old but still on target as far as recovery is concerned.
    Glad everyone seems to be doing great. Really hope I can check back later.

      hey janet- I think it was the caffeine too. I got a bottle of water last night but didn't know about the banana thing- thanks. I couldn't even think about coffee this morning! I think I'm all better now -thanks for the advice.
