Hi from one of the missing Angels


I have let my exercise slip these past few months so I am feeling a bit blah and sluggish and I am going to start walking tomorrow, even 20 minutes each day is better than nothing. I?ve had a bit of a low mood which I think is related to my lack of exercise, I?ve also been looking at my diet and I need to ensure I cut out the sugars that have been creeping in recently ie tubs of ice cream as a treat. I?m not sure that time to think is necessarily a good thing for me at the moment (which is why I?ve kept myself as busy as possible) however I know that ?this too shall pass? and I?ll sort out my thoughts eventually.
