hiya SF...hows you today?yep think its best you put a strategy together....and deal with each point on an individual basis ...no one size fits all...you already recognised one trigger and dealt with it ..theres no reason why you cant do them all like that....focus n concentrate..but I guess i dont have to tell you with your yoga about that...

whew, glad that weekend is over!! Fun but seemed rather over the top, as weddings (and Christmas) can be. Best part, no bangover!! Get to play some toones for money today, very unusual for me. I like doing things for free, no expectations (mostly self inflicted)

Mick, great looking hutch, just one suggestion for the name, put "boy" at the end of Danny, then you're able to sing to him every morning.

Thanks for kicking us off. It's been 4 hrs since you posted so I'm guessing the plants are in, you've moved the garden to the other fence, built an apartment to go with the tower and solved the world hunger crisis. LOL Hope Sandy gets a play date in today. Yup garden visit was for me not work related. Just sussing out what and where to plant in my garden plot. Looking forward to seeing all the garden beds planted.

Fellow gardener started 12 pumpkin plants she's dropping off today for transplanting into the Pumpkin Patch. We grow them for the kids to have at Halloween. Also expecting line locators to sweep the area where we want to build our seating area so hopefully should be able to spend most of my "work" morning outside. Off to get ready for work, have a Marvelous AF Monday......:smile:PPQP

Good luck getting your plants in Mick. I think we finished that yesterday. As far as I'm concerned, it's in Mother Nature's hands now.

PPQP, your job sounds very rewarding to me, in spite of the stress that goes with it. I bet people really appreciate you. We do!

Sam, I can relate. I have a couple of arty/crafty hobbies that I do for myself, for love, and for money. Sometimes it feels like the money strips out the joy but I do like the income to pay for the somewhat expensive materials.

I have a million things I want/need to do on this holiday - now I need to calm down, choose one, and just do it! Otherwise the day will be over and I'll have done nothing!

PS. I agree with you about NutraSweet, Lav. Not only were effects not studied in children but nor were the effects of consuming large quantities daily over several years. They did short-term trials and pretended that there aren't people who essentially have a diet soda at hand all day, every day. Nasty stuff!

Mae everybody, working today, dunno why its always slower than tar but whatever it will get me out of the house and my mind off being sick, all I did was piss and moan yesterday, hate that! I just get irritated when sick and want to be left alone, SF,I've read about the dangers of aspartame too,I lasted about 2 weeks off diet coke, didn't feel any different so I went back, actually sugar makes me feel totally worse,bloated, irritated, etc,its just really hard to get off soda,they do make one with Stevia,not sure if that's any better, Mick,I can usually understand your lingo except"toothless budgie" you said a few weeks ago, Lav, you have a full house today, enjoy, Sam,enjoy playing your toones, Iddon't think we've ever heard you play? Woke up to rain, so my pool plan is a no go. I need to work out, but it probably look more like a few easy yoga poses.

So I took my oldest to doctor and she tested him for a ton of things. She called to let me know she could not believe he was allergic to everything! So we go to a specialist tomorrow. So far all he can eat is meat! Even allergic to all fruits and veggies they tested.

Hubby is going to make an awesome lunch.....and we are going to watch all the home movies of the kids when they were little and cute. We've never watched them....so it should be fun.

Also, getting a daily plan together....things to keep me on track. Working out is one of them.....but, I have to respect my energy level. So corpse pose it is

I am well done at this point after a full day of stinky little boys, big smelly dogs, chickens.............LOL
We did have some very nice weather so I was able to keep them all outside quite a bit
