    I gotta agree with me145 ,,, then on top of that add in 30 minutes of cardio about 4 or 5 days a week, maybe some strenghth training, and some abdominals to round things out.... You will not only lose the weight, you will tone the muscles as you go... Muscles are what are going to burn the fat...
