ok im back! Finally shaken off my cold and ready to commit to working out 5 days out of 7. Today cycled 17km..."In the depths of winter I finally learned there was in me an invincible summer ."

I just gotta pay my gym membership up to date, and i can start again don't hav money though at the moment.Failure is only failure the moment you give up.

Weighed myself this weekend.......am feeling hopeful! The last 3 weeks have been a flurry with a daughter graduating from high school, another promoting to high school, and a ton of trainings going on. Add to that band and choir concerts.......and an 8 hour administrative test......I'm fried. So I'm so happy my weight has maintained. I'm ready to get back to my routine and see what I can do!:h getting better every day

ok - today cycled 25km in 1.5hrs, a bit slow but it was in 85f heat.
Calories burned 1070!
Want to get faster, I will build it up gradually but aiming for 30km in 1.5hrs...

Starting my "testing and preparation" week with my personal trainer today...this week he tests my strength, then next week begins Week 1 of 16. I hope I survive this!!!:heart:I love my daughter more than alcohol:heart:

Yesterday I did my Chest Press test (maxed out at 70lbs) and tonight I have to do my Squat Test...I hate doing the Squat Machine...ugh. Oh well, whatever it takes, I'm doing it this time.:heart:I love my daughter more than alcohol:heart:

bellinator--WOW! I am so jealous. I actually lost about 2 pounds but I think it's just temporary water loss.
Ahh! Cheesecake -- it goes directly to the stomach, but it is soo.... good. I try to save it for special occasions. I must have over 50 different cheesecake recipes.
