It could be worse. I have just had some lovely Kabanos sausages - only ingredients: Pork, salt, black pepper, Caraway seeds, nutmeg and preservative. Great for snacking, ready-to-eat. I get them from our local Morrissons - brand name Morliny. YUMMY!!!!Recovery Coaching website

They're lovely - another thing I sometimes eat for breakfast as there is nothing bad in them!! You can microwave them as well - sometimes I do this and dip them in mustard - yummy

Haha Molly, believe me I am not always this good. But I am determined this time that I need to sort the diet and extra weight out so I feel better about myself over all.
Oney never seen this brand anywhere but Morrissons - but worth asking in your local supermarket. They are a lifesaver for snacks.Recovery Coaching website
